Professional Construction provided a full scope of Construction Management services during the pre-construction and construction phases for the fast track construction of the largest solid waste transfer facility in the State of Vermont. Construction started on May 22, 1995 and was substantially complete on August 8, 1995, an eleven (11) week construction schedule.
