Professional Construction provided pre-construction and construction phase services for the complete gutting and remodeling of this locally famous restaurant. We worked with the Owners and Architect to develop a new floor plan that included a brand new kitchen, new HVAC system, expanded seating area, renovations to the existing seating area and a new entry way and exterior renovation. We broke the project down into four phases, so that the restaurant could continue to operate while the renovations were taking place. We completed the entire renovation without shutting the restaurant down. Hundreds of people go through this restaurant every day, so safety and working around the public was critical to the success of the project.
