PCI was selected by Turner Construction Special Projects Division out of Boston to complete the fast track build out for Merrill Lynch in Burlington, Vermont. This 8 week project involved the complete fit-up of 11,000 sq ft of unfinished space. PCI worked with the project architect out of Boston, and mechanical and electrical engineers located in Georgia. Many custom special features distinguish this high end fit up for this international financial institution. There are custom cherry archway trim over the eyebrow windows that face the lake, the HVAC system has multiple zones, a granite transaction counter, special granite flooring in the lobby, and special light fixtures in the lobby and conference room.
